Booking Policy 🤎✨ •Grace period: 10 min grace period. $20 late fee. At 15 mins late, appt must be canceled with a cancellation fee. No call No show fee 100% of service. Cancelation fee 50% of service. •Early Appts/After Hour Appts: Any appt made at 8am or earlier, will be charged an extra $25. Any appt made at 7pm or later, will be charged an extra $25. •Rescheduling: Please reschedule 24 hrs in advance to not be charged a cancellation or no call no show fee. Any appts canceled same day will be charged a cancelation fee. Any appt canceled 2 hrs before or after your scheduled appt, will be charged a no call no show fee. After rescheduling multiple times, you will be banned. •Restrictions that lead to same day cancellation from provider: No extra guest No kids (unless being serviced) Intoxicated clients are NOT allowed I do NOT perform on a foreign fill(others work) book for a soak off please. No Refunds Payments accepted: Only accept major credit/ debit cards, Cash, or Zelle. By reviewing this policy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.
